Arrived in good time no damage. smaller than i expected has to be plugged in when in use its very good the heat setting is so nice ive arthritis in t 5678 i do be in agony with headaches and neck pain and stiffness i'm praying this will help. it has pulse setting heat and a deep massage setting its seems good i'm going to try use twice a day hopefully ill get some relief.

After about two weeks of use, I remain very skeptical about this massage tool. The massage is done through superficial vibrations/pulses, and the stretches are very short. Personally, since it is to treat the cervical pain I have been suffering from for over 25 years, I would have needed something that works more deeply. For your information, the automatic massage mode lasts about 30 minutes. Given the nature of the product, I would have thought it would be delivered in a small box, but it was only packed in a small bag.
The noise is so loud that I don't think I'll be able to sleep.
The tapping function is very weak.
The vibration makes my head tingle and the heat is just right.

I looked into the options and found that all three options have air pressure function. If there's no air pressure, it's meaningless... The vibration isn't very strong, so don't expect much massage effect. It makes some noise, but I don't mind. It's wired, not wireless. It's actually better than I thought. I was going to return it if it wasn't good, but my mom said it's better than she expected and will use it. I'm satisfied, so I bought another one for my sister. The delivery was fast, it took 3 days.
